What It Means
A mission that outgrew one company.
The founder’s personal mission is to make a positive impact and difference globally, building something great together. That conviction shaped the first real estate practice, and it now steers every venture that followed: the crews pouring foundations, the storytellers behind the camera, the teams chartering yachts and jets, the analysts backing new founders, and the engineers teaching software to understand property.
Prosperity, in our view, is something you widen rather than guard. The company grows by opening doors for clients, for entrepreneurs, for students, and for the communities where the family of companies lives and works.
Vancouver first. The city that raised the company remains the proving ground for everything it does.

Giving Back

Philanthropy is not a department here; it is a division with its own name on the door. The JULY Foundation directs the company’s giving toward scholarships, support for seniors, and education, so that opportunity reaches people long before they become anyone’s client.
The founder sets the tone personally, notably as a contributor to the Vancouver Chamber Music Society, and the whole house follows: doing well, in this family, obliges you to do good.
