Han Lee founded JULY Company and leads it as chief executive. People who work with him describe the same three qualities: a visionary’s reach, a doer’s pace, and a relentless passion that does not switch off. Before property he built ventures in information technology, accounting, international trade, and marketing, and that range still shapes how the whole house thinks.
The record is brief to state and hard to match: more than one thousand properties guided, spanning first condos, family homes, storefronts, land, presales, and multi-family holdings, and a place in the top one percent of Greater Vancouver Realtors in 2022 and 2025. He reads both numbers the same way, as proof that the standard works rather than as the story itself.
The story, as he tells it, is the company. Real estate was the proving ground, not the boundary. The same care that guided a thousand properties now moves through construction sites, film sets, charter fleets, capital tables, software, and a foundation, and the next additions will be chosen by usefulness, not by category.
He calls the fuel endless positivity: the working conviction that anything humanly possible is achievable, and that the decade ahead of the company matters more than any year behind it.
